The premise
Prompt: Witches and Warlocks
This week's prompt comes from some recent suggestions...."Some men who are wiccans are reclaiming the name "warlock" in the tradition of women reclaiming the name "witch". Warlock is commonly said to mean oath breaker. What do you think? Can it/should it be reclaimed?"
I'd like to add:
Wouldn't it make more sense to have all Witches be called Witch, no matter their gender? Why do we need the distinction between males and females that practice magic?
Prompt: Bad Magic?
Is there a such thing as "bad" magic? If so, define it and differentiate it from "good" magic.

Perhaps something you've blogged about already that you'd like to see others consider... or ideas that never really materialized in your own blog. I want to hear 'em! I'll be storing them in a document on my computer so I can pull from them each week. Who knows when you'll see your prompt show up here....

Prompt: Looking on the Bright Side
For a lot of people, finding the good in any situation is tough... but the old adage says to "look on the bright side" as a way to encourage you to search out the good in what appears to be nothing but bad.
