While a lot of Pagans like to think that they are completely different from all other organized religions, in some aspects we are all alike.
Take today to compare and contrast the Paganism you believe in and follow with another organized religion. Remember, it's not just about the beliefs, but also in the methods and meanings behind it all.

Prompt: Giving of Yourself
This prompt randomly popped into my head, and it won't leave me alone, so I have to ask:
"How do you see giving of yourself as a spiritual act, if at all?"
I mean, I hear about people doing 'spiritual work' by helping out in war-torn or other 3rd world countries, but unless you are using that as an excuse to push your religion on those people, I can't really see it as 'spiritual work'.
Explain how, if you do give of yourself in any way, that this could increase your spiritual level... especially if you have done so in the past. I'm really interested to see what this means to you.

Prompt: Science
I found this question from someplace online, I don't remember where, but it was definitely intriguing to me as I was exploring what it was I believed. Now I'm asking you guys to consider this the next time you are exploring within....
"Does science play a role in your spiritual beliefs? Does it compliment or contradict, and in what ways?"

Prompt: Resolutions
So it's a new year - did you make any resolutions? Perhaps you want to get back in touch with your spirituality a bit more this year.... Or maybe you've decided that you will consciously observe the Wheel of the Year as it turns this year.... More writing.... More thinking.... More doing....
As I return to Pagan Prompts, I encourage you to set some achievable goals for yourself for 2010. Having a map only helps if you know where you want to go...
